  • Enter your hotel name, address and a reachable phone number accurately. No refund for no-shows or failure to reach you.
  • Daegu Airport departures provide up to 90 minutes of waiting; extra waiting for SIM pickup, Wi-Fi or currency exchange is not allowed.
  • Busan departures follow fixed per-hotel times; the order and times cannot be changed. Missing your time/place counts as a no-show.
  • A minimum of 1 traveler is required. Arrive at the designated spot 10 minutes before departure.
  • No child car seats — children under age 9 cannot use this service.
  • Eligibility: for international travelers. Korean nationals/residents are not eligible.
